• What is the difference between your South Facility and your North Facility?

    The South Facility is an open air building with three large doors that raise up and is available to rent all year. The North Facility is an upscale air conditioned tent and is available to rent April to October. Both our South and North Facilities feature outdoor areas with beautifully landscaped courtyards, gardens, water and fire features.
  • How many people can the facility seat?

The South Facility building can seat up to 180 guests on the main floor.  The North Facility tent can seat up to 400 guests.
  • When can I get into the room to decorate?

CD & ME allows the party coordinator one (1) hour to decorate or set up for the day’s event.

  • Do I have to serve a meal at the wedding reception?

No.  We can accommodate all types of receptions.  We have had receptions with no food, light appetizers, heavy appetizers, buffet style, family style and plated dinners. 

  • Do you do your own catering or can I bring in an outside caterer of my choice?

CD & ME has an exclusive caterers list. They all specialize in different price ranges.  We ask that our guests pick from one of our own caters.

  • What is the size of your dance floor?

Our dance floor size is dependant on the size of your event/guests attending

  • Can I bring in my own alcohol?

No.  Our liquor license issued by Will County restricts us on bringing in alcohol not purchased through our own vendors.

  • Do you offer tours of the banquet facility?

  • Is your facility Handicapped Accessible?

Yes, with the exception of the upstairs loft. The washrooms are also handicapped accessible.

  • Can I bring home leftover food from the reception?

No, unfortunately Will County Health Department regulations prohibit guests from taking home uneaten food, with the exception of leftover wedding cake, which we will be happy to package for you to take home.
